Dewan Farooque Spinning Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on December 22, 2003 as public limited company, under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act 2017). The principal activity of the company is manufacturing and sale of fine quality yarn. The Company also manufactures yarn on contract basis.
