First Credit and Investment Bank Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on August 31, 1989 as a private company with its liability limited by shares and was subsequently converted in to a public company. The Investment Bank is licensed to undertake business of investment finance services as a Non‐Banking Finance Company under the Non‐Banking Finance Companies (Establishment and Regulation) Rules, 2003 ("the NBFC Rules") issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
