Business description, governance, and corporate information
MCB Investment Management Limited (the Company) is registered as a Non-Banking Finance Company under the Non-Banking Finance Companies (Establishment and Regulation) Rules, 2003 (the NBFC Rules) to carry on the business of investment advisory and asset management services under the said rules. Further, the Company is registered as a Pension Fund Manager under the Voluntary Pension System Rules, 2005.The principal activities of the Company are floating and managing Collective Investment Schemes, Voluntary Pension Schemes and providing investment advisory services. The Company is a subsidiary of MCB Bank Limited (Parent Company).
