Next Capital Limited was incorporated as a public limited company in Pakistan on 14 December 2009 under repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017). The company is principally engaged in brokerage of shares, stocks, equity and debt securities, commodities, forex and other financial instruments and corporate finance services. Further, the Company is engaged in trading in equity and debt securities on its own account through ready, spot and forward counters of the stock exchange.
